An Afternoon of Celebration at the Citizens Theatre

This Friday, 17th November, come along to ‘An afternoon of Celebration at the Citizens Theatre’ from 1pm to 4pm.

An afternoon of entertainment celebrating the rich tapestry of cultures in Glasgow with MIN, Citizens Theatre and many others. There will be music, dancing and knitting from MIN. Everyone is welcome.
The event is inspired by Lampedusa play.

Friday Night Film Screening with Africa in Motion

Maryhill Integration Network and Africa in Motion (AiM) film festival invite you to a film screening at Maryhill Community Centre on Friday 6th October, join us from 5.30pm for an introduction to the film with MIN & AiM volunteer Elias Tekle.

About ‘Debbas’: .
‘A 300 year old Ghost, Debbas, believed to be a demon in the Eritrean Highlands, haunts a young artist, Aman, to write the truth about a feudal conspiracy that led to his murder. Aman, terrified but determined, works tirelessly despite all the social isolation. After numerous conflicts with his family, close friends, girlfriend, potential film financiers Aman finally succeeds in producing a film.’

Woodland Art Sessions

MIN is partnering up with Make It Glasgow to offer three Woodland Art Sessions.
The sessions will include a walk in a beautiful woodland, an artist led session, and time for tea and cake before heading back into Maryhill.
Meeting at Maryhill Integration Network, 35 Avenuepark St, G20 8TS

The sessions are free to join and are designed for adults.
Visiting: Greenbank Gardens, Kilpatrick Hills and Aberfoyle.
