Fitness Classes for Women at MIN

Fitness Classes for Women on Thursdays continue this week from 1-2pm, as part of Oasis Women’s Group from 12.30pm, with instructor Yoga with Amy . Classes are free and all women are welcome!

Oasis Women’s Group Upcoming Activities

MIN’s Oasis Women’s Group returns after the summer holidays this Thursday, 24th August, from 12.30 – 2.30pm, with a busy programme of activities planned for the women from now until December. The group is open to all women, regardless of background, and a crèche is available for under 5’s but spaces are limited and on a first come first served basis each week. We look forward to welcoming the women back!

Oasis Women’s Group returns

MIN’s Oasis Women’s group return from their summer break next Thursday, 25th August, at 12.30pm and have a busy programme of activities planned starting with an information session from the Citizens Advice Bureau.

During the following weeks the women will be taking part in Confidence Building Workshops and new arts & crafts activities including making bags from recycled coffee bags and the Belonging Project.

The group is open to all women regardless of nationality and a crèche is available on a first come first service basis so please feel free to join us!

Oasis Women collage project

Oasis women’s group are currently working on a new collage project in preparation for International Women’s Day 2016. The collages each represent something that interests and inspires them, part of each art work will then be made into a piece of jewellery for them to keep.

Oasis Women’s Group

The Oasis Women’s group will be returning from their summer break on Thursday 27th August, at the usual time of 12.30-2.30pm, with upcoming activities including film screenings at the Glasgow Women’s Library and a Community Conversations Confidence Building course.
