Events

mIN organises and participates in several events to mark special occassions throughout the year. The events are are a great way to get all the communities we work with together to celebrate the rich multicultural society that live in Glasgow.

  • March - International Women’s Day
  • Big Splash Community Arts Open Day Event
  • June - Refugee Week
  • September – GRAND (Getting Real About Alcohol and Drugs) Week
  • October - Black History Month
  • International Human Rights Documentary Film Festival
  • Scottish Mental Health Arts and Film Festival
  • November / December – 16 Days to Eliminate Violence Against Women

    Hi my name is Julie i am the group leader of Summerston Youth Forum a youth project that is ran soley by Youth Volunteers. We are a not for profit organisation that offers a barrier free service to young people who either live in or who attend school in the Summerston Area of Glasgow.
    On Sat 13th July we will be hosting a Multi Cultural Festival which we hope will help our group Promote Diversity and Multi Culturisiam in Summerston.
    We are very interested in meeting with yourselves to discuiss your possible involvement in our festival.
