Our Men’s Group have been busy on Tuesday evenings doing yoga and, most recently, looking at environmental issues with Friends of the Earth Scotland so far this Autumn and are planning a tree planting trip on Saturday 8th of December where they will spend the day out in the Scottish countryside taking part in a fantastic environmental project planting trees with Eadha Enterprises and Operation Play Outdoors, if you would like any more information or to go along on the trip you can contact our Development Officer Gianluca via firstname.lastname@example.org .
Upcoming activities include getting involved in this year’s White Ribbon Campaign with White Ribbon Scotland as part of the 16 Days of Action to Eliminate Violence Against Women.
The group runs on Tuesday evenings from 5.30 – 7.30pm and men from any background are welcome to join.
As well being busy on Tuesdays members of the group have been taking part in Football For All sessions with Partick Thistle Charitable Trust on Mondays at Firhill Sports Complex from 6-7pm, the sessions are free and all are welcome from age 14 up.
Join us tomorrow, Friday 9th November, if you would like some help from Google Digital Garage on brushing up on Presentation and Self-Promotional Skills. The workshop runs from 11am to 2.15pm and all are welcome to this free event.

Our Oasis Women’s Group have been busy working on a screen printing project lately with our Gardener Martha. Their work will soon be on display at Glasgow’s Botanical Gardens.
Join us on Thursdays from 12.30-2.30pm for more female friendly fun!
Upcoming activities include our monthly Creative Writing sessions with Open Book Reading on 15th Nov and 13th Dec plus a series of art workshops with the Glasgow Women’s Library that will raise awareness and discussions on how violence against women is viewed in different cultures running from Thurs 22nd Nov to Thurs 16th Dec as part of the 16 Days of Action to Eliminate Violence Against Women campaign.
The group is open to all women regardless of background and a creche is available on a first come first served basis.
