MIN is recruiting! We are looking for a new Volunteer Coordinator – if you are interested please send us your CV alongside a covering letter. We would love to know about you, what you know about MIN and how your values meet ours. We are not necessarily looking for someone with direct experience of managing volunteers, but if you have been a volunteer yourself, and are committed to seeing positive changes in your community then maybe this could be the job for you! Head on over to the Good Moves website for details on how to apply. MIN is an open and inclusive organisation and we welcome you to share this post with anyone you think may be suitable.
A #ThrowbackThursday to our AGM this time last year when we were pleased to have so many partners and colleagues along to celebrate our achievements from the previous year This year our AGM will be held online on Tuesday 6th October at 3pm, if you are interested in attending please email firstname.lastname@example.org by 5pm on Monday 5th October to receive a link
1st-7th June is Volunteers Week which gives us an opportunity to say a massive thank you to all our brilliant volunteers and to all volunteers across Scotland!
Due to the current situation we can’t all be together to celebrate, so instead the staff team have summed up what value volunteers bring to MIN as an organisation by saying thanks and sharing a key memory or aspect of volunteering at MIN in this video.
Our wonderful Joyous Choir members have continued to sing together and support each other throughout the lockdown via WhatsApp and we are very pleased to be able to share this lovely video, made by MIN Volunteer Hadi Jafarizadeh, of them singing one of their favourite songs ‘Bella Ciao’ together 💕🎶 we hope you enjoy!
Big thanks to JMATrust for their ongoing support for the Choir, to Hadi for all his hard work in producing the video and to all our Joyous Choir members for taking part 💜
