Welcome to Scotland: A Guide to Scots Law

Earlier this year our MIN Voices group were visited by a representative from the Procurator Fiscal Service who informed the members about a new booklet they had produced in collaboration with HND Legal Services students from New College Lanarkshire, the Crown Office and Police Scotland.

The booklet Welcome to Scotland: A Guide to Scots Law can help new arrivals understand the every day rules and laws that will affect them now they are living in Scotland and our MIN Voices members found it very helpful and interesting to discuss laws that they were unaware of and ask further questions.
